Avoidance of production downtimes through early and reliable detection of abnormal changes in the system:

// Description

PQA processes current and voltage signals from locally installed SICAM power quality recorders. Based on the network, the required number of measuring devices and the optimal placement of the measuring points in the network are defined.

// Functions

In the event of a deviation from the individually set standard parameters, this module transmits the measured values to the artificial intelligence specially developed by the Siemens PTI department, which has been trained on all relevant network faults using historical data from the network analysis department. If an event occurs at a customer’s premises that triggers the set triggers, the collected event data is checked by the AI. An event that is classified as not harmless is optionally forwarded to the experts from the PTI department. After analysis, a decision is made on whether further action is required.
