The goal of the BentoNet use case “Medium Voltage” is to avoid and shorten outages in medium voltage networks. Similar to the LoadFlow use case in low voltage, ground fault and short circuit indicators from various manufacturers can be connected via BentoNet NetConnect to the newly developed FaultDetect app. This enables efficient operation of medium voltage networks and helps keep SAIDI-ENWG values low at the Bundesnetzagentur.
In times of staff shortages, weather influences, and aging systems, FaultDetect is an optimal solution for network operators.
